Background

As part of Dyson's Center of Excellence (CoE) creative team, I had the opportunity to support marketing and retail communications in the vibrant Hong Kong and Taiwan regions. My role was diverse, focusing on digital and e-commerce design, including film, print, out-of-home, PR, and social media content. Throughout my work, I was dedicated to upholding our brand's integrity, tone, and manner in the market while crafting engaging local assets for various projects and exciting product launch campaigns.

Let me walk you through some of the highlighted work I've been involved in.

Dyson Zone™ Launch

One of the notable projects I worked on was the launch of Dyson Zone™ headphones, which marked the brand's first venture into audio and wearable technology, offering a pure, immersive listening experience combined with on-the-go air purification.

To support the launch in China and Hong Kong markets, we collaborated with local celebrity Nicholas Tse to create new content that resonated with our consumers. From generating ideas for video content to producing digital assets, I supported crafting comprehensive local assets that were insight-driven and executed to global standards.

Dyson Supersonic™ Social Video Content

In the campaign for the Dyson Supersonic™, we crafted a compelling series of interview-style videos that showcase the transformative power of the hair dryer. Through real users' testimonials and showcasing Dyson’s technologies, we demonstrated how the product revolutionizes the haircare experience by delivering faster drying times, gentle cooling airflow for pet hair, and advanced protection from heat damage, ultimately delivering salon-quality results at home.

In this project, I had the privilege of contributing to its success by working with the production house to ensure high-quality execution in line with Dyson's standards.
I participated in and supervised film shoots and content productions alongside our talented internal creative and marketing teams.

Dyson Purifier

This campaign focused on educating Taiwanese consumers about the criteria for choosing a good air purifier, making a significant impact by helping them make informed decisions. My role was crucial in adapting global video assets and re-editing them to create compelling storytelling that resonated with our target audience.

We also created a dedicated webpage that included all campaign content, serving as a central hub for consumers to access information and resources conveniently.

Other Works

On a day-to-day basis, I contributed to various projects by creating compelling content for the brand across online and offline channels, including digital banners, EDMs, landing pages, and in-store tent cards. Additionally, I oversaw photo retouching to ensure high-quality visuals that aligned perfectly with Dyson's brand standards.
